Labor relations is the most basic and important social relations in social economic life. Enterprise'labor relations directly affect the harmony of social, the Party and the government always pay great attention to safeguard and promote the stable and harmonious labor relations. However, social relations is on the basis of "contract system" in the market economy system. In labor relations, in addition to the official labor contracts, the content is also conclude some recessive, informal, not public explanation mutual expectations, which named psychological contract. At present, most of the research on labor contract is from the labor relations, and ignore psychological contract impact on coordinate and stabilize labor relationship. Psychological Contract research is the current Western organizational behavior and human resource management in the field of the rise of a hot topic. Psychological Contract Wife of the organization's attitude and behaviour has important implications for its study of Chinese labor relationship management for reference.In this thesis, an attempt to psychological contract on the basis of relevant theories of the psychological contract and labor relations'basic theory and its use of labor relationship management analysis and research. Psychological contract basic theoretical research will define the meaning of the Psychological Contract,content and its basic theory.On this basis,the psychological contract theory will be applied to management of labor relationship recruitment, training, pay, performance, career management.The basis for this part of the basic theoretical research on-the status quo-on the use of the logic of ideas. From labor relations' characteristics and existing problems of our country can be seen our labor relationship is more harmonious,but it's a kind of low levels'harmony. But the problems existing in the labor relationship management mostly from enterprises,which have an important impact on the labor relationship management.When establishing harmonious labor relations we should strengthen the regulation of enterprises, including labor relations evaluation index system which is a harmonious labor relations benchmarking.This system contains both the dominant labor contract and recessive psychological contract. The psychological contract and labor contract are equal important factors in the labor relationship management,they both influence and dependence each other. And based on the psychological contract labor from game model can also see that the psychological contract of the important influence of labor relations. Finally, this paper puts forward labor relationship management plan based on the psychological contract, also focus on enterprise's regulation.In this thesis,the scholars from home and abroad psychological contract theory,theories of human resources management, human resource strategies, organizational behavior theory on the basis of research results,the use of system theory and methodology of research methods, and focus on the interpretation and induction combined lay stress on theoretical research and empirical research, the combination of bias in the use of qualitative analysis methods to study the psychological contract theory and in labor relationship management in use.
