With the development of economy and open policy in recent years, more and more foreign mid-small companies are coming into China. After infrastructural construction, facing the demand of development, how to entry and expand the real China marketing and how to accommodate the different environment here become the most considerable issues to the management of these mid-small companies. Based on this situation, this article focused on the marketing expansion strategies for foreign mid-small companies in China market with new development requirement based on state of market and their common features.The structure of research was as follows:Firstly, introduced entry initiatives of foreign mid-small companies and the existing challenges they facing as well as analysed the reasons behind this situation from both outside and inside factors.Secondly, with the successful China market expansion case of TUCAI company, Through complete marketing research and analysis to find out the initiatives and shining points of their marketing strategies as well as different strategic focusing in 2 different stages by comparison.Thirdly, summary the key factors of above TUCAI company case and common features of foreign mid-small companies who are in China market to clarify the basic idea of this article, the very important way for these companies to open China market is to respect facts for any decision making. With the limitation of capital and size, foreign mid-small companies should pay more attention to the real situation of China market and their exact status here than big companies, control the rythmns of development, and always keep and eye on the adjustment between growth steps and environmental change.
