By successful implementation of quality management system, an organization could describe a roadmap to business success, standardize internal operations, climb a higher ladder of management level , improve organization' s overall performance and eventually realize sustainable development of the organization. China' s enterprises of middle and small size are playing a more and more important role in social economy. While, due to inherent limitations, these enterprises show some common problems when implementing quality management system. Firstly, there exist a significant gap between actual performance and organization' s system records. Secondly, the effectiveness and efficiency of the quality management system are relatively low. This paper makes efforts to analyze root causes for these common problems and point out that organization' s strategy, system / processes and target management are key elements of solution. |
