Firstly, Based on the analy of the spatial distribution of the Economical and Applicable Hous projects, the rationality of the spatial distribution of the Economical and Applicable Hous projects was evaluated through the methods that is combined with qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis in this thesis, 45. 46% out of the 22 total projects, the location of project was unrationality and the problems of Spatial Mismatch and Job unaccessibility was much more disadvantages.
