The Research On China Economical Hotel Spatial Distribution

With the rapid development of modern tourism, tourism market demand both in terms of quality and quantity produced significant changes。The rapid development of mass tourism and business travel market to the hotel industry has brought new development space, economic-type hotel with its own strengths to meet this need. Compared to some high-star hotel, budget hotel with a smaller investment costs, property usage varied, single store the size of design flexibility and other characteristics, hence it is in the city has a relatively broad distribution of spatial options. This feature has accelerated the urban expansion of the size of economy hotels, thermal momentum of development, irrational investment behavior not only affects the economy hotel's own image and vitality, but also to some extent undermined the image of the city's tourism and hotel industry development environment. In-depth study of the urban economy hotels spatial layout problems, in theory, the theory can enrich the layout of city hotels in practice can guide the economy the hotel location selection, will be the healthy development of economy hotels as well as urban tourism service facilities and reasonable distribution of positive guidance and reference, it has a certain theoretical value and practical significance. This article is based on economic-type hotel space layout point of view, in the field investigations and on the basis of previous studies, using qualitative and quantitative analysis of sub-combination of methods, the Chinese economy hotel characteristics and spatial distribution of factors affecting exploratory research.Paper is divided into six parts: the first part is introductory, background and significance of the study, foreign-related research and research methods and an overview of the framework; Part two deals with the basic theory concepts; the third part of the Chinese economy hotels spatial distribution of macroscopic characteristics summarized by data summary and analysis resulted in economy hotels in the Greater China economic region with the characteristics of the choice of law, this part of the discussion focuses on the qualitative analysis.
