With the economic development, the links between countries are becoming closer and closer, thus the multinational corporations grow and expand gradually. The development of Multinationals not only leads to the transnational flows of sales and raw material, but also simultaneously makes the transnational flows of talents become the normal in today's economic development. Multinational corporations have begun their development strategy of the talents localization. The staff of multinational corporations may come from the United States, China, India, Japan and other countries. While those people from different countries with different backgrounds are working together, the cross-cultural conflict is bound to occur. If these conflicts cannot be effectively resolved, it will have a negative impact on the work, such as job burnout.The present essay firstly does the literature review of crossculture, job burnout and POS (perceived organizational support), then elaborates the problem of job burnout among the staff in China's foreign-funded enterprises. Furthermore, based on the research from home and abroad and the sample staff from Shanghai, Xiamen, northeast of China's foreign enterprises etc, this essay looks into all the problems mentioned above through interviews and questionnaires. Through the establishment of a model among the crossculture, job burnout and organizational support, the inspection on the relationship between every dimension of crossculture and job burnout, and the introduction of this intermediary variable--POS, this essay explores how the POS affects crossculture attribute and job burnout.This essay is divided into five chapters:The First chapter studies the background and significance of the research. Through a thorough description of the present situation, it makes its research background clear and proposes the research significance, thus initially set a clear direction for this study. The second chapter is a summary of the relevant theories, respectively the related concepts of crossculture, POS and job burnout. It makes reviews of the research from home and abroad concerning this aspect, elaborating the relations among crossculture, organizational support and job burnout. Meanwhile, it provides methods and theoretical guidance to help with proposing and solving questions in the subsequent chapters. The third chapter is related to the research model and the theory supposition. It proposes the supposition and the model of this research and carries on the explanation of the sample design.The fourth chapter is the result and the analysis. It processes the data mainly through statistical methods, using the correlation analysis, the regression analysis and the variance analysis respectively, to explore the relations among crossculture factor, POS and job burnout, thus lays the foundation for the further study and discussion.
