| Hotel industry is one of the important industries in social economy.In recent years,the mid-end and high-end hotel market expansion process accelerated,its industry scale also further expanded.High-end hotels in the fierce market competition,constantly self-control to meet their own and social development needs.Yaduo Hotel was founded in 2012,belongs to the high-end hotel,won by service,in a few years in the industry stand out,won a place in the industry.Yaduo Hotel Management Group operating innovation model,rapid expansion of stores.The current problem is the lack of human resources support,personnel training speed is difficult to follow the door-to-door expansion speed.This paper takes the basic staff of Adot Hotel as the research object,and takes the problem of job burnout as the research content,On the basis of summarizing the research status of hotel industry and related theories,the development background,corporate culture and job burnout of grass-roots employees are summarized.Then,through the questionnaire survey of grass-roots employees,the data were collected,and the main influencing factors of grass-roots employees’ burnout were studied according to the principal component analysis of job burnout.Based on the problem analysis,the corresponding mitigation countermeasures are put forward.In this paper,through the research on the job burnout of the basic staff of Yaduo Hotel,Helps to promote human resources management within the Adore hotel,In the strategic plan to deal with the listing of the group to play a strong human security,And help to enhance the market competitiveness and brand image of Yaduo Hotel. |
