Competition is the enterprise manager's the eternal topic. To survive and develop in the market with intense competition, the company must have its own core competency.This article take SEEPG Corporation as the example, on basis of analyzing its industrial background, operation environment as well as its own conditions, we use SWOT, STP and 4P strategy tools into study the project marketing practice, and obtained the sales strategy which may take. The marketing environment analysis has indicated the SEEPG Corporation's opportunity and the threat, defined its superiority and inferiority. And get "bases on the CDM related market" strategy through the marketing tool and the theory application.
