Investment Benefit Analysis Of The Huaneng Weijiamao Integrated Coal Power Plant Construction Project

Investment benefit evaluation is an indispensable part of project lifecycle,evaluation of the project will help improve the investment efficiency ofdecision-making and project management quality,it also can effectively reduce the blindand short-term investment behavior. Actually as the power plant construction projectitself has the features of high investment and long-term construction.Thereforeinvestment decisions arising from the loss in the event of the construction project wouldbe difficult to estimate.So the evaluation of investment benefits in power plantconstruction project is particularly important, and Evaluation process and evaluationcriteria are more stringent.Based on specific programs of Weijiamao integrated coal power plant project,thispaper evaluate financial benefits,the national economic benefits and social benefits of theproject,and then analysis and evaluate of the effectiveness of the entire projectinvestment.This paper firstly describes the background and significance of thetopic,analysis researchers at home and abroad on the investment benefit evaluation ofprojects.This paper then gives a theoretical foundation for integrated coal power plantprojects for investment benefit evaluation,introduces the overview and the necessity ofHuaneng Weijiamao integrated coal power plants projec.Then introducing the basicsituation and the feasibility of this project.Finally,Established benefits establishedevaluation system of Huaneng Weijiamao integrated coal power plant project in thefinancial benefits,national economy benefits and social benefits.Use AHP method todetermine the weights,and use fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to conduct acomprehensive analysis,then gives the result of the investment evaluation of theprojects.The results showed that the financial benefits,the national economic benefits,social benefits of the project plan have high scores,all aspects is effective,so the project isfeasible.Hope that results of this study can provide references for similar projects in thefuture benefit evaluation of investment programs.
