This essay is to study the business model of cosmetic company in operating B2C e-commerce, identify the key success factors. The research method is to analyze the website content and backstage operation of two real case in B2C e-commerce of cosmetics industry. The value and of the e-commerce model will be summarized, which could be good reference for traditional industry in their E-commerce attempt.Based on real case of leading companies in building up E-commerce capability, the key success factors this report identified could be good reference specifically for those cosmetics companies. |
