Service industry plays more and more important roles in nowadays with the global economic developing, people pay more attentions to service industry, and researching on service industry achieved great progresses. Morden services industries such as consulting, banking, insurance, telecomm and cetification etc developed rapidly, it becomes the most important new point for sources of economic growth.With the development of China international trading, product certification service becomes one of the most representative modern services industries and grows fast. Today, China international cetification market changes from the seller's market to the buyer's market due to the competition, and so the marketing of the cetification service comes into being. Firstly, the article gives a depth analysis for product cetification services market circumstance in China, and strength and weakness of SGS group electronic and electrical department, from which article developed the marketing strategy for electronic and electrical product certification services. Secondly, the article illustrate SGS group electronic and electrical product cetification services tactic which coverd market position and services product design tactic, marketing communication tactic, human resource tactic and quality management tactic.Finally, there is the conclusion that the marketing of cetification services should focus on the satisfaction of the customer, and gain more marketing shares way of the managerment of personnel, service process, service quality and costomer's satisfaction.
