The research focused mainly on the employee in different organizations,for researching on the organizational commitment,psychological capital and job performance.During the beginning of measurement,the research compiles the chinese employee organizational commitment questionnaire,psychological capital questionnaire and job perfprmance questionnaire.Through item analysis,factor analysis,reliability test,we found 5 dimensions of organizational commitment,sensibility commitment,criterion commitment,ideality commitment,economy commitment and occasion commitment;4 dimensions of psychological capital,confidence,hope,optimism and resilient;3 dimensions of job performance,assignment performance,relationship advance and job devotion.In formal measurement,randomly choosing a sample of 852 employees as participants,this study using questionnaire investigation method,utilizing SPSS 11.5 to,and LISREL 8.70 to analyse the data,following conclusions was found:The first,the employees personnel's characteristics,such as sex,seniority and education degree,etc,influenced the organizational commitment,psychological capital and job performance;The second,every dimensions had significantly correlation with each other,except some specific factors;The third,psychological capital mediated the relationship between the organizational commitment and job performance.
