When facing with dynamic,complex and competitive environment, it has been unable tosolve all the problems by relying solely on wisdom of manager. In order to enhance theorganization innovation and adaptability and to obtain the lasting competitiveness, the voicebehavior of employees should be paid more and more attention.The organization shouldmotivate employees’ talent and wisdom and encourage them to make suggestions aboutorganization’s operations.The study mainly discuss on the impact on of psychological capitalon voice behavior, the intermediary role of organizational identity into the relationshipbetween psychological capital and voice behavior,and the moderation role of job autonomyinto the relationship between psychological capital and organizational identity.The conclusionhave great value and significance to theory and practice.On the basis of reviewing and analyzing the existing literatures, the paper compiles theinitial questionnaire by using domestic and foreign mature scales for reference. Based on thesmall samples pretest, asking experts and enterprise staffs advices and group discussion andso on, the initial questionnaire is revised to form a formal investigation questionnaire. Thequestionnaire survey was conducted in enterprises of the Southern China region, andacquired a total of224valid samples. The research content is mainly divided into thefollowing three parts(:1)Theory research of employees’psychological capital, job autonomy,organizational identity and voice behavior(;2)The intermediary role of organizational identityinto the relationship between psychological capital and voice behavior;(3)The moderationrole of job autonomy into the relationship between psychological capital and organizationalidentity.The paper aims to build the relational model between psychological capital and voicebehavior based on the impact of job autonomy and organizational identity to further clarifythe inner mechanism of psychological capital and voice behavior. The paper tries to revealhow to motivate employees’ voice behavior by using the individual psychological variablesand organizational environment variables.
