| People's demand for leisure is becoming one of their major demands, Meanwhile, in one's daily life, the leisure tour is also becoming the frequent action. Coastal areas attract many tourists for its well environments and economical conditions. The research of coastal area leisure tourism will have high theoretical and practical values in pushing the adjustment and promotion of coastal sightseeing tourism.The thesis discusses the basic problems of leisure tourism, defines the leisure tourism afresh, analyzes its patterns, features and backgrounds. After the preliminary researches of the leisure tourism theories, the thesis believes that the development of coastal area leisure tourism conform to the basic laws of tourism development and the trends of leisure economic development.On the basement of the related theories, the thesis takes Yantai as the particular research object. Firstly, this study totally analyzes the resource environment, location, social, economic and market basement of Yantai coastal leisure tourism development, and elaborates the opportunities and restrain factors of it. Secondly, based on the theories of systematical economy, regional leisure tourism, leisure and leisure economy, the ideas of Yantai coastal leisure tourism development contains four parts: systematical economy, government dominant, urban transformation and leisure industrial. At the end, the thesis rises the measures of coastal leisure tourism resources development , leisure tourism service perfection, leisure tourism product development, coastal city image establishment. |
