This paper expounds that innovation is the core competencies concern with any enterprises. It's not only the individual creativity, but also should be a Sustainable development and controllable process. As for most of the enteprises, Product (service) is the life, and it is critical to carve a niche in the market in case of the cost, quality, developing chance and cycle time of the new product (service).Innovaiton is an process of management, and product the result of it. Normally, It is integrated and confounded of the innovation of product and process in a manufacture enterprise. So, from this point of view the article revealed that 6 sigma is a perfect way of improvement for process, product and management, as we should take consideration of the innovation of other fields if we want get the success in this one. Product development itself is a progress, so, "process" here includes the product development and process improvement, broadly. And what is the source and foundation of product development, it is certain that the demands of customer and the "customer success" concern with values and quality.This paper reveals that how to breakthrough the traditional form, development from design ideas, to the development of design and process according to the demands of customer, and to the information-strengthen flexable improvement, through the introduction of product development process of company XY. this paper points out that it reachs the cost reduction to the full, speedy satisfaction to the customer,perfect quality significantly, and then win the competition from time and advantages of the huge profit, by the application of integrated innovation management with cycle running of DMADV /DMAIC.
