TD Company is a professional motor core and lamination products manufacture company.Recent years,because quality issues,its products were complained many times by clients,especially wind power generator lamination product which is one of main products,its quality is not steady.The quality management level and model have a huge gap between TD Company and other domestic or overseas companies.TD Company can not solve quality issues of wind power generator core lamination if only depending on traditional inspection after finishing final products and only applying IS09001 quality management system model.Therefore,TD Company starves for a kind of advanced management method such as 6sigma method,so that to improve the dimension precision and quality stability of wind power generator rotor lamination.This paper combines with the actual circumstance of TD Company,according actuality of motor core quality level and quality control management of the company,make typical 1.5MW wind power generator rotor lamination as the object of 6Sigma project research.Study how to enhance the precision of equally divide angle between double slots of 1.5MW wind power generator rotor lamination and keep its quality stability.Apply 6Sigma management method which is DMAIC(define-measure-analyze-improve-control),process analysis tools,corrective actions schedule and statistic technology and analysis method such as FMEA,SPC,Capability,GR&R,Hypothesis Testing,MINITAB software and so on.Put forward quality control measures for enhancing the precision of equally divide angle between double slots of 1.5MW wind power generator rotor lamination.And ensure the continuance and effectiveness of quality improvement,and consummate enterprise quality management system.
