International Factoring Business Development, And Japan In Comparative Perspective

International factoring is an integrated trading finance service which includes investigation of credit, short-term finance, management of sale account, collection of debt and gurantee against bad debt. Factroing has been widely used in the world, but in China it is just starting. With the change of the way of settlement of international trade and the more and more open financial market in China, to develop the business of factoring and catch up with the international trend has become a very important subject. The thesis selects Japan which is the top country in Asian factoring market and compares the development of factoring in both China and Japan. Bacing on the comparation and analysis, the thesis makes some suggestion on how to develop the business of factoring in China.The thesis mainly consists of three parts. The first part summarizes the whole framework of factoring businese from the aspect of its development, function and related law. The second part analyzes the situation of international factoring in Japan which contains the history, problem and new trendency. Bacing on the former analysis, the third part disucusses the prolem existing in the development of international factoring in China and the method which should be taken. The creative point of this thesis is that it is the first time to summarize and analyze Japan' s factoring business in China. And also by comparing the different situation of China and Japan, it finds the advanced experience of Japan which is the best in Asian factoring market to be used for reference for China.
