The Evaluation Index System And Model Construction Of Resource Saving Condition Of Mining Enterprise

The significant role of mining industry in national economy determines the necessity and importance of building an energy conservation mining industry. Scholars at home and abroad have already put forward an evaluation system from various aspects and different focuses concerning the building of a resource conservation mining industry. However, there is not a complete evaluation system related to this issue. The evaluation system of energy conservation mining industry and its model construction is a major part of theoretical bases of this issue. Meanwhile, it also has theoretical significance and practical guiding functions. Based on exploring the inner meaning of defining the energy conservation mining industry and the importance of establishing an evaluation system and researching on the present conditions of our coal industry, and studying on some influential factors, this paper tries to constructs an evaluation system of energy conservation mining industry from six aspects as follows: energy conservation, water conservation, raw material conservation, land conservation, mining resources conservation and recycled economy etc. Moreover, this paper establishes an evaluation system by means of hierarchical analysis and vague comprehensive evaluation.By making a research on spot, under the guidance of the innovative evaluation model, this paper completely learns of the present conservation mining industry in Zaozhuang of Shangdong province. Taking Zaozhuang Mining Group as an example, an overall evaluation is constructed and the results are coming out from the six aspects.With regard to the present conservation situations of our national mining industry, the author also proposes some strategies and suggestions to establish a resource conservation mining zone. These strategies points at energy conservation, water conservation, raw material conservation, land conservation, mining resources conservation and recycled economy respectively, so as to conserve resources further more and to establish an energy conservation industry.
