The Research On Relationship Between Regional Innovation Pattern And Economic Development

With the coming of the Era of Knowledge Economy, science and technology have great changes day after day, the relationship between innovation and economy becomes closer and the regional innovation has become the force of regional economy, and then, the theme of the development of the regional has been the development of the regional innovation. Moreover, as the part of the whole social system of the regional, there is the interaction between Regional Innovation and Regional Economic System. Because of the facts of social, environment and economic, maybe some time innovation may suppress or lag behind economy, as a whole, they should coordinate. So how to promote the coordination development between the two systems is the key problem of the regional economy. Also, how to build a perfect valuation index system and make use of the scientific ways to measure the system, become the most important thing that the two systems develop coordinately.The social development needs the coordination between the two systems. Although some time innovation may suppress or lag behind economy, as a whole, they should coordinate. So how to promote the coordination development between the two systems is the key problem of the regional economy.In this paper we analyze the coordination between Regional Innovation System and the development of regional economy from the point of system. In all, this paper has the following contents:Firstly, on the base of summing up the relative study in and outside China, we summarize the contents of regional, innovation and coordination, and then point out the basic contents and relationship between regional innovation pattern and economy development, also expatiate on the development rules of the two systems by the rule of lifecycle. On the basic mean of coordination and its characters, we summarize three types of innovation pattern: there are Independent innovation-oriented, introduction development innovation-oriented and comprehension coordination innovation-oriented, after that we analysis and description about the categories.Secondly, with the study of Synergistic theory and the actual situation, we measure the coordination degree and set up the appraising index system. On the base of these, we use DEA to measure the two systems interaction, and then we should know the stage of dynamic variety. The major methods that are used in this thesis are as follows: the theoretical research with empirical research, the horizontal comparison with vertical comparison, and the two measures integrate each other and compose a whole.Thirdly, with the measurement result, we classify the part of Qingdao nine regions into six types, then compare the result with other similar study and prove the rightness of this method. Therefore, we have testified the reality of this method. On this base, every kind is to be analyzed in the following and we respectively promote the further strategies and suggestion of the development.
