Chinese Herbal Medicine Industry In Sichuan Province, The Integration Of Resources

With the rapid development of economic, China's pharmaceutical industry has higher growth rate than the average growth rate of the economy and is becoming the world's most dynamic pharmaceutical market. From the industry's point of view, the sales revenue and profit growth rate of the Herbal Pieces are the first place. Although there are many favourable factors for the the development of Herbal Pieces, such as long Pieces of the application history,rich natural resources,strong theoretical foundation and strong policy guidance, but there are still many problems in herbal medicine's resources,producing and market circulation.As a important province, Sichuan contains rich resources of Chinese herbal medicines. There are about two-thirds of the medicines types and one-tenth of the medicines output in the country. It's the most favourable conditions in the development of medicine Pieces that there are large quantity of high quality medicine. But the current situation is there are many problems in herbal medicine's resources,producing and market circulation and Sichuan's Pieces industry is still in an early stage of development. In order to mine potential, to make full use of medicine resources, to achieve sustainable development of the Sichuan's Pieces industry, we must effectivly integrate the various resources.This research is guided by the scientific theory of integrated resources, against the background of the trendence of international medicine development. We analyze the current situation of pieces industry insightfully, then bring up the new ways of integrated resources of Traditional Chinese pieces industry in Sichuan province. From the integration of the target, mainly include three aspects, Pieces between enterprises and the integration of upstream and downstream, the province Pieces enterprises, as well as the integration of industry Pieces between the province and other provinces. According to the different relations of the subject's position in the industrial chain , its integration strategy can be summed up as vertical integration strategy and horizontal integration strategies. According to the modalities, it main includes business-to-business purchases, mergers and acquisitions, strategic alliances as well as trade associations, and other established associations etc. This paper presents the method of how to integrate the resources of the Pieces industry . The purpose of the paper is not only provide the, theory and method of reference for Pieces industry, but alse enrich the strategic management of the enterprise content.
