With the continuous improvement of people's living standards and a sharp increase of private cars, the auto spare parts market is also expanding rapidly. The present auto parts sales and service model has been far from adequate to meet the needs of the market. The circulation from Auto parts manufacturers to consumers is getting complex and multi-linked, which affects the auto industry's rapid development. More and more people have begun to choose the network to increase sales transaction in order to reduce transaction costs; but the problems like on-line sales and service integrity, logistics, payment are persistent, though, through the joint efforts of government and society, some of these problems has been solved, but the specialized e-commerce Web site which serves auto maintenance, spare parts trading, distribution and payment of accessories has not been set in china.Taking the analysis of auto parts trading status quo as an entry point to conduct investigations and studies on vehicle users, demand for car repair workshop, parts and accessories distributor and marketing channels of distribution, this paper is going to discuss how to develop the "auto parts online trading platform" in the shortest possible time with low-cost and high-quality by determining market positioning, process design and business model of the platform, through the contrast between the existing auto-related Web site operators and the status quo business model, according to the auto parts industry characteristics and needs of the industry. The paper is focusing on the core modules of "auto parts online trading platform" - consultation, quote modules, in order to have an empirical research on the functional realization of the platform. Finally, the paper will confirm the platform's process management by combining e-business needs, market demand for auto parts market and external environment.As the economic integration, e-commerce is different from the simple business and pure technical economy, e-commerce integration capability makes a decision on the operation outcomes. the success of e-commerce platform must have a clear market position and the ideal business model , E-business technology is the core of the soul of the external carrier. This paper will discuss and analyse how to create a low-cost, high-quality, in-depth industry demand for e-commerce platform on auto parts market.
