Research On Auto Spare Parts Classification Optimization Model And Ordering Decision-Making Of Tongliao KIA4S Shop

With the rapid growth of consumer demand for cars，cars shift from luxuryconsumer goods for the general consumer goods. Increase in car sales market to promotethe development of service. At present, the after-sales service is not only the main profitpart, auto4s shops also implement differentiation strategy to win the main steps of thecustomer. So how to reduce the cost of auto after-sales service increase profits becamethe key of winning the car companies.This paper by controlling Tongliao KIA4S shop of auto spare parts inventory,analysis of the current situation and automotive spare parts management problems, makea classification optimization model and order decision, to help enhance the sale of spareparts4S shop service levels, reduce inventory costs and improve market competitiveness.The Paper is divided into six chapters, the first chapter describes the background、research methods and research ideas; the second clarify the theoretical basis; The thirdchapter analyzes the current situation and automobile spare parts inventory problems ofTongliao KIA4S shop; the fourth chapter based on the status of4S shop,studying thespare classification optimization model; the fifth chapter to develop the automobilespare parts Ordering Decision-Making；the fixth chapter summarizes the limitationsof this paper and make future development research.The main innovation of this paper is that combined with the small urban economicbackground of Tongliao, from the perspective of a single auto4S shops, establishment ofa single-stage classification model inventory and ordering decisions of auto4S shops,found to enhance SME auto4S shop competitiveness approach.By qualitative analysis, to verify the above models and scientific, solving thepractical problems of Tongliao KIA4S shop and generating economic benefits.
