Exploration, On The Question Of The Increase Of Farmers' Income In The Western Region

China is a developing country and an agriculture country that main body is farmers and fundamental industry is agriculture. Agriculture is the fundamental industry in the development of national economy. Farmers are taking main role in the Chinese people. The farmer problem is very important in the three agriculture problem. In many years, farmers are in the poor status in our country. These problems include farmers' income increased slowly,income spatial difference expanded,employment rights uninsured,culture and education rights uninsured. The reason of these problem is dualism system in our country,farmers bear many unreasonable something and they can't enjoy reasonable treatment. Farmers' status is the source of these problem that are in our agriculture,the country. The key to development of the country and the agriculture is altering farmers' status. The problem of agriculture,rural area and the western farmers is related in the development of economy and society. The situation of the western farmers' income is a synthetically reflection of economic and marketability development, and a sign of productive power development. Taking GuiZhou province for example, it is a discussion of the western farmers' income.Firstly, the theoretical science includes economic increasing theory ofwestern economy,income distribution theory of political economy,regionaleconomic superior development theory of regional economy and dualisticeconomic theory,cyclic economy theory of developing economy. Theseprinciple which include factors affected economy increasing, the spatialdifference of personal income,economic increasing superiority should bedeveloped, cyclic economy should be brought to bear,dualistic economicstructure exists in China western region will become foundation in thefollowing passage.Secondly, it is analyzed that the situation of the western farmers' income is in a phase of history, compared that the situation of the western farmers' income is in the western region,middle and eastern region, contrasted in the situation of citizen' income and farmers' income in GuiZhou province. These diagrams and data influence the situation of western farmers' income. It is concluded that the western farmers' income is increasing slowing,western farmers' income, include GuiZhou farmers' income is lowest in China and is lowliest in Chinese farmers' income increasing.Thirdly, according to above-mentioned conclusion, it is analyzed why the western farmers' income are increasing slowly ,including historical factor,geography factor,natural resources factor,climate,communication,agricultural science and technology,production,supply and sale of agricultural product,rural area city,town and township enterprises,agricultural fundamental facilities construction,farmers education situation,farmers' qualities,agricultural circumstances,agricultural experts. Etc.The situation affects advancement in western farmers' qualities,farmers' consume demand,social steady factor.Last but not the least, it is suggested that how to increase the western farmers' income, including achievement in the modern operation,improvement in the agricultural circumstance,improvement of the quality of agriculture product,improvement of agriculture science and technology,development of basic facilities construction in rural area,enhancement in the farmers' education,expand in the farmers' employment,advancement in farmers' qualities,enlargement in talented person. The problem of increasing in farmers' income is related in harmonize in rural area, takes important part in harmonize and development in our society and country.The problem of increasing in farmers' income is related in agricultural development. The suggestion of modern agricultural construction suggested by the 17th repressive conference of Chinese Communist Party provide political fundament in the development of western agriculture. The problem takes important part in social development and economic increasing, in harmonize and development in our society and country. For this reason, the increasing of western farmers' income will stimulate comparatively good living standard in the western region and in China.
