Chinese economy has experienced a continuously high speed increase since the reform opening of China has been taken place in 1978. In such a era which people are much appreciate and advocate speed;many Chinese enterprises are young and full of energy. While they are catching this big opporitunity to rapidly strong their ,they are still try to improve themselves by referring to and absorbing the mature theory and experiences of the enterprise management of Western developed countries.As one of the earliest opening profession in China, the home appliance business has developed plenty of famous state-owned brands such as Haier, TCL, Midea and ChangHong which are proud of Chinese people based on the rapidly economic inflation of domestic market in China. However, the speedy development of economy would finally become to a flat trend, many problems have been appeared in some enterprises during the transformation process. Some of them because of the inappropriate strategy, bad performance and management leaks such as RongShida, Little Swan are purchased by other companies. The rest of them found great difficulties in finding the innovation ways such as TCL and Haier. The former had been sinked into its international dream and the latter one had failed to get success in their pursuit of diversification. However, the minority enterprises such as Midea and Lenovo are going on the ways of continuous innovation which have successfully opened their huge markets.Innovation is not an amusing and relaxed thing. It is a great challenge and change to the traditions. The enterprises would gain the satisfied results by means of continuous innovation accompanying with troubles and problems. The entrepreneur should be pay more attention to the resources of the innovation, and should also carry on the purposely innovation. In this research, the researcher will take the reform of domestic sales organization of Mideas' living appliance reform change as an object to illustrate how to breakthrough the developments' bottleneck by means of innovation, hope it can be a reference for the transformation periods' Chinese enterprises.This thesis consists of seven parts. Chapter one has made a brief introduction on the background of this thesis. Besides Chapter one, the other six parts are all talking about the strategy reorganization of Midea CE domestic marketing. Chapte two firstly introduce the organization' s background and the human resources in current situation. The following two chapters analyze the changing outside environment of the enterprises' , point out the organization and market problems in the organization. Chapter five is elaborating the concrete actions in such a transforming organization. Chapter six analyze the effect of the reorganization. The last chapter tell us the conclusion and revelation.
