Human resource is one of the necessary resources for enterprise's existence and development. HRM is one of the most important parts of strategic management of business. Performance management is also one of the parts of HRM, and it is very important for HRM of business. As for Guansong Group, employee's performance management will effect the effectiveness of business's operation and will relate to the existence and development of Guransong.This paper analyze the related knowledge of theory and do some research for Guansong's current situation of performance based on these theories. After contrast with other companies, get the conclusion of the character and drawback of Guansong's performance management and the reasons for them. Based above, this paper offer a set of appraise system of employee's performance and related reward system for Guansong's employee's performance and related suggestions.This paper adopts the method melting practice and theories to do research, while analyze the pactical problem on base of theories. The offered system is practical and suggested for HRM of Guansong Group. There are both support of theory and foundation of practice in the paper, which will be helpful to the enterprise whose jobs are similar to that of Guansong Group.
