The system of performance appraisal and reward management which is as core content and module of human resource management, its different compensation structure and review mechanism will correspondingly result in a different effect on human resource management. Nowadays, China has already transited from planning-oriented economy to market-oriented economy, and will continuously deepen the reform, but most enterprises'management systems of performance appraisal and reward have exposed the drawbacks which are not meet the requirements of organizational development. This human resource management mechanism which is not sound and imperfect inevitablely will affect employee's enthusiasm, creativity and potential, even restrict the further development of enterprises. Therefore, how to use the advanced human resource management theories and practical approaches, in particular, in terms of scientific strategies and policies on pay, and the models or methods of performance appraisal to design a valid and reliable human resource management system while linking organizational actual situation with the development of market economy, which has risen to the level of strategic management of organizations.In this paper, we view the CC company as the research objective, its current human resource management situation will be analyzed, particularly focus on the problems and reasons of performance review and reward management system. Ultimately, we are trying to construct a comprehensive and scientific performance appraisal and reward management system in light of international advanced human resource management concepts, methods, and the frontier trends especially in respect of designing reward structure and performance appraisal indicators which is based on job analysis and job evaluation both in theoretical and practical study.
