This Thesis discusses the possible strategic solutions for a start up high tech medical imaging equipment company—EC company, EC company was founded by an overseas educated entrepreneur, with the help from the venture capital and the successful R&D strategy in the early stage, EC company developed a new generation of the prduct succesfully, but as the time went by, the market competition is getting tougher and the internal and external environment is changing, EC company is now facing some problems such like sales stagnancy,talents losing,cash shortage and coming to a crutial point that some new strategies must be implemented, during the analysis, the writer uses SWOT analysis,6 forces framework and other practical tools to analyze the external and internal environment in which the enterprise competes, lists the strength and weakness of the organization, then gives feasible approaches to the company to implement.
