| New Technology District, which has various modes and management systems, is an important carrier of China's industrialization and modernization. The construction mode of Chinese New Technology District now still has long way to go compared with International New Technology District. With the further development the Chinese New District, the old management system not only stop but restrict the developing of New District, which should be reform in practice. This paper is focused on several management systems as well as their advantages and disadvantages. The reform should be carried out according to different characteristics of the New District, and also delt with all relationships in order to guaranteeing smooth working. The paper takes Wuxi New District (WND) for example, researching on evolution rule & developing trend of management system and measures on mangement system reform based on requirements of status and future in WND. It proposes some points such as : establish new executive management system accroding to market economy requirements, transform government function on the basis of the principle of separating the functions of government from those of enterprises, build an high-quality executive management team, etc. Reform cannot accomplished within one day, and there is still a long way on reforming and rebuilding of New District management system and operation mechanism. |
