With increasing development of our society, enterprises are facing more serious challenges—globalization of marketing and consumer demand diversification. Customer's influence are much more powerful than before, so enterprises must reduce cost, improve customer service, and they also must give customers wider choices, increasing the speed of market reaction. But at present, productivity and product quality no longer occupies a dominant position, and it is difficult to keep a technical step ahead, competition has transferred to product service—enterprises should give customers more service with lower cost in a shorter time. Customers' requirements to enterprises can be summed up as follows: fast, correct, cheap and easy. This paper, taking Z Corporation for instance, elevates order performance with the analysis of history, status quo and change of the corporation's order performance, so as to better satisfy customer's requirements.In this paper, part one is about the concept of order performance, key KPI and great significance of improving order performance; part two is to give an overview of some important academic study on order performance which gives the writer kind guidance; part three is to briefly analysis the situation quo of Z Corporation order performance; part four is to deal with policies of order performance, including organization improvement, procedure transformation and informatization-system building, etc. part five is to put forward efficient management of order from the point of strategy.
