As the further promotion of “the integration of informatization and industrialization”,informatization of enterprises is getting increasingly trend of attention. Enterprises regard it as themost effective method of enhance the core competitiveness, and large capital is put intoinformatization projects.Entrepreneurs are not only the information technology as a means toimprove enterprise management level, but also as a strategic measure of promoting enterpriseinnovation. However, they have no efficient performance evaluation methods currently in thespecific course of business, and no clear validation of the implementation effect of informatizationprojects. This paper will start with basic theories, analyzing the current situation of performancemanagement combined with the management fact of SANYI. On this basis, this paper will designs scientific performance evaluation method, which apply to SANYI. The practical application ofthe performance evaluation method will provide important reference value for other mechanicalenterprises through the feedback of implementation effect and experience.This paper is divided into four parts. The first part begins with the resource and backgroundof the subject, focusing on the purpose, outcome and significance of the research andsummarizing the content, train of thought, etc.This paper is in accordance with the questions,analyze problems, problem-solving ideas. The second part introduces the basic situation ofSANYI which the author is serving for currently and the status of implementation ofinformatization projects and performance evaluation defect. We center on analyzing its currentsituation of performance evaluation, summarizing matters such as lacking of standards, indicatorsbeing monotonous, lacking of continuous tracking mechanism, etc. From the current situation ofSANYI,.The third part through analysis, data envelopment analysis method, analytic hierarchyprocess, fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, comparative analysis of principal components,the final choice of analytic hierarchy process, fuzzy integrated evaluation method is used as theperformance evaluation methods in information technology project, four dimensions and theapplication of Balanced Scorecard to establish the index system, determine information of projectperformance evaluation scheme of SANYI informatization projects assessment. In the fourth part,Firstly, according to the actual situation of enterprises, establishes the index system ofperformance evaluation of SANYI project, the SANYI project performance as the target layer, the four dimensions of the Balanced Scorecard as the criterion, IT rate of return on investment, profitgrowth rate of enterprise of17indicators for the indicator layer. After the method to determine theweight of each index by AHP, the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, and draw the finalconclusion. The last part come to a summary that through the indicator assessment, This articlethrough to the enterprise information related knowledge and the concept of learning, the finalchoice based on the balanced scorecard, and combining with the analytic hierarchy process, fuzzycomprehensive evaluation method, to evaluate the performance of SANYI information systemproject, the method can effectively solve the existing performance evaluation of SANYIinformation problems in the project, but according to the weight of each index of view, thefinancial index still occupy a very high position, enterprise.
