Construction project is the main sources of Construction Enterprise's profit. Facing the increasingly drastic competitive environment, how to enhance the project department's performance is the main problem in construction enterprises management. With the continuous development of construction project management's performance technology and the deep understanding of its' importance, the traditional performance evaluation system based on construction progress, quality, cost and security is no longer applicable to the needs of the construction enterprises' development. How to evaluate project management's performance of construction corporations effectively has become a most important issue.This paper is based on the analysis of the performance evaluation in the large construction enterprises and the characteristics of construction project management because of its leading position. Firstly, this paper re-builds a series of performance evaluation index based on Balance Score Card (BSC) in four aspects: Finance, Customers, Project operation progress, Learning and growth. Secondly, this paper carries on determining the index weight by the method of Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP). Thirdly, according to the actual situation of the native construction enterprises, this paper also re-establishes appraisal standard system. At last, according to the relevant data and resources acquired from a certain Large-scale construction enterprise's on-building project, this paper examined the practical use of the performance evaluation index system.According to the research, the performance evaluation index system established in this paper is more scientific and comprehensive in evaluating the performance of construction enterprises' project management. So it is useful to guide the performance evaluation.
