In the business environment of the global economy, the rapid development of construction enterprises in China, in the international market competition is more and more strong, it’s on the domestic construction enterprise human resource management and performance management put forward higher request, the traditional performance appraisal already cannot satisfy the current situation of rapid development.A set of perfect performance appraisal system is helpful to improve the compensation management, improving the management, to enhance the efficiency of the production.So, construction enterprises set up a scientific and effective feasible employee performance management system is conducive to its strategic planning.Is for the present enterprise performance evaluation is widely applied "after evaluation" of the traditional performance appraisal model, for enterprise’s performance management has some limitations.Therefore, the process of performance evaluation is beneficial to improve the enterprise performance management, improve management, improve production efficiency.This paper analyzes the performance appraisal research status at home and abroad,, introduces the research on performance evaluation of balanced score card and analytic hierarchy process(ahp).And put forward the meaning of performance, process performance, and further puts forward the meaning of project performance.Secondly, this paper introduces the process of project performance evaluation, the method of using the balanced score card and the analytic hierarchy process to establish index weights and the implementation of the performance appraisal.Further ZBF company, for example the research process of performance appraisal, the appraisal of insufficient improvement Suggestions, should pay attention to performance improvement and communication.In this article, through analyzing the problems existing in the local construction enterprises performance evaluation work, ask questions to improve the concrete ideas to highlight the advanced parts of the performance appraisal process, and details in the form of combined with the case where the content of the construction process of enterprise performance appraisal and key, it can be for the local construction enterprises successfully established and implementation process of performance appraisal system, improve the overall performance level provide some reference material.
