The Study On Performance Evaluation Of State‐owned Construction Enterprises

Performance appraisal is an important means of enterprise management, how to evaluate thedepartments and employee’s performance objectively, fairly and accurately is a major problem. By studyingthe enterprise performance appraisal system, improving the performance appraisal methods and means,designing effective use of assessment results, it can improve staff motivation, stimulate creativity andcohesion effectively. And it can also provide the basis for managers to improve its working methods,improve efficiency, so as to enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises.This article analyzes the performance assessment of domestic and foreign research, explains theconnotation and practical significance of performance evaluation from the start with the theory systemresearch. Combining the DZ Corporation management, we can find its specific issues in the work of thecompany from assessment objective setting, performance appraisal system and evaluation system in thecoordination and evaluation of communication and feedback. And we can put some forth reasonable toimprove strategies for enhancing the management tool based on assessment research.
