County Economic And Social Development Evaluation Research

The development of county economy objectively requires that the economic system should keep dynamic balance with social system and its constituent elements,in order that the development of entire economic system and various social undertakings achieve the best results overall.Therefore,through theoretical analysis and empirical studies,we establish indicators and model system for evaluation of coordinate development of the county economy and society,to analyze the reasons for restriction of coordinated development of country economy and society and to explore measures and way to promote coordination between them.It is significant to coordinating the relationship between the county economy and social progress,to promoting development of the county economy,and to formulating policies of the development of economy and society.On the basis of explaining the fundamental theory of country economy and the coordinated development of society,through a wide range of survey from experts,we build the evaluation index system of country economy and the coordinated development of society in accordance with the Delphi method,and then,from the perspective of an absolute evaluation and relative evaluation build the evaluation model,give the basic ideas of the measure of coordination and measured formula of the degree of state coordination.Using this model and formula,we can firstly study whether the economic system is strong support and advantage of the development of various social undertaking or not,and then.study the effectiveness of the size of the country's economic development,last study the degree of coordinated development between country economic system and society system.On this basis,we carry out the empirical analysis taking Qingdao's 12 areas city as an example.The results show that the 12 areas have made great achievements in recent years.But the development of country economy is still disparate and uncoordinated,which performances in these areas:imbalance of society and economy wide up,the growing gap between economic and social development will surely not conducive to sustained economic development although it is useful to economic development to exist some extent appropriate development gap between the county economy.
