However, as one kind of rural economy, county territory economy is rather less developed. The county territory economy accounts for half of the overall regional economy of the central region in China, which is very far from the most developed Eastern area. The theory ,surpassing the old vision of"county's matter only can be solved by county", sets a good theoretical basis on"the middle region brings up", because through division of labor between the county economy and the outside one, they may make common progress, which will benefit on the counties'economic development by leaps and bounds.The second one presents practical study, specifically analyzing the economic development of the central county of the status, the existence question, the central county of the inevitability of the joint development of the economy, the possibility of and the obstacles.In recent years, the central county economy have showed a good momentum of development and scored marked achievements, but the whole is still relatively backward and still existing many problems. The development should be based on voluntary collaboration of equality, mutual benefit and win-win principle, following the market-driven principles and the government's active promotion, should be carried out step-by-step, at the same time, should be paid to the sustainable manner. The food, transport logistics, services and tourism could serve as a breakthrough to the jointly economic development in mid-county region, and could gradually be put forward to a wider and deeper level on the basis of the effectiveness of the field.During the operation, enterprise groups and professional associations should play an active and main role; specialized agencies should be set up; at the mean time, reconstruction of the county's economic development and government performance evaluation system, and formulation of related laws and policies are absolutely needed to provide protection.The conclusion is the text summary.
