As the promotion of the global economic integration and practice of a breakthrough development of enterprises recognize talent has been the development of human resources to human capital, competition among enterprises is essentially embodied in talent competition, therefore, how to set up a system of training and learning mechanisms in order to strengthen the implementation of corporate strategy, and optimize human resources management is of particular importance.In this paper, by proposing "to create intelligent team" concept, emphasizing enterprise set up self-renewal, self-study and the environment to adapt to endogenous mechanisms, and training mechanisms is the important endogenous mechanism component.
