Inner Mongolia The Zhungeer Circulation Model Of Economic Development Research

As a new economic development model of harmonized resource and ecological environment, Circular Economy has been paid highly importance in China. Circular Economy is a type of eco-economy essentially, also is a suitable model for sustainable development. There has been brought forth a new economic development model by Circular Economy, which emphasizes on the harmonized development of economy and ecological environment. That is the economic operation model of feedback: "resources - products - renewable resources". The proposal of Circular Economy can be traced back to the mid of 1960s. From 1980s to 1990s, with the deterioration of global environment and deep understandings of sustainable development, the concepts of Circular Economy have been paid highly attentions in the world.Circular economy of county level is one of the sustainable economy development models, which has been formulated by spontaneous explorations and experiences in recent years in some places of China. It's the result of limited resources of some county that lead to the availability and necessity of circular economy. Currently Zhungeer County of Inner Mongolia is in the period of structure adjustment and rapid development. If it still insists the traditional economic development model and adopts the environment protection measures, which focus on end treatments, the modernization of Zhungeer will be hindered and the sustainable development of social economy will be effected. Carrying out the research work of this subject will promote the development of circular economy in Zhungeer, be in accordance with the development trend of China and the world, and also be in line with the sustainable development strategy of Zhungeer It has the significant importance of reality and history.Firstly this essay defines the meanings of circular economy and circular economy within county level, and discusses the status quo of Chinese county economy. Base on that discussion this essay analyzes the objective necessity of circular economy development in Zhungeer county of Inner Mongolia and brings forth the main existing issues so far. Finally, through the above study and global references of circular economy, this essay puts forward the circular economy development model of Zhungeer based on specific projects, and the complete guarantee system for Zhungeer on developing circular economy.
