Research On The Development Model Of Circular Economy In China

With the further appearance of environment pollution, resources lack and ecologydestruction, it has been a trend to develop circular economy in Chinese fields. Jiang Zeminpointed out at the second leaguer conference of the world environmental fund: "Thesustainable development of China will become true only under the way of circular economywhich focuses on utilizing resources and protecting environment effectively." Under thisbackground, the article explores how to develop circular economy in China to offer a help tothe theory research and the practice exploration of circular economy in China.By drawing lessons from the newest achievements of circular economy exploration bothat home and abroad, and taking the method of positive analysis and normative analysiscombined, the article proposed the basic development model of Chinese circular economybased on the national conditions. Bycollecting and putting the relevant materials in order and analyzing typical cases, it announcedthe basic model of circular economy in agriculture, industry, service and city.The fourth part: The problem which our country's circular economy development faces.It is analyzed from the aspects such as the public participation, circular technology, legal lawsand regulations, environmental monitoring and management, fund investment to circulareconomy development.The fifth part: The policies and measures of our country developing circular economy.From the aspects such as propaganda and education, system innovation, technologicalinnovation, legal construction, it analyzed and proposed the policies and measures andsuggestions that should be taken to our country developing circular economy.The overall, systematic analysis to circular economy from theory and practice and thereveal to the basic development model of our country have realistic directive significance.
