In recent years,with people's increasing living standards,the need of food security is increasing.But food production,sales willfully false,harmful pollution problems,and the resulting violations of people's lives and health events,constantly sounded the alarm to the community and food producers.Food quality and safety problems affect not only people's health and lives,but also a country's food market order and the food import and export trade,even the people's economic and social security expected and reduce social welfare.Food quality and safety issues have increasingly become the focus of public attention.Food corporations should focus on the foundation of food safety and quality to take the greatest profit, and also to survive and make development. On account of it, many food corporations carry out ISO9000 Quality Management System Certification, ISO22000 Food Safety Management System Certification, ISO14000 Environment Management System Certification, and OHSAS18000 Certification at the same time. The implementation of these standards has greatly improved the food safety and quality of the food corporations.While on the other hand, the execution of too many management systems has also brought heavy burden to them. Some of the systems are implemented just for implementing. And the inconsistencies keep emerging and overspreading.
