Procurement is essential for the international engineering projects as an important work.International bid is the current widespread use for the procurement methods to achieve the purpose of the project.The supplier tender to supply the right goods.It is called international engineering project procurement bidding project(ieppbp) in the thesis.Along with economic globalization and the rapid development of science and technology,the ieppbp augmentation,comprehensiveness,complexity and continuously improve the technology,coupled with the location of the political and economic situation, policies and regulations,geography climatic conditions,and regulate the technical requirements,as well as the relationship between local government departments and many other issues related to the project at all stages of implementation,it is inevitable happen of the subjective and objective risk.Therefore,the risk management of ieppbp(hereinafter referred to as the international engineering procurement project bid risk management(ieppbrm)) become increasingly important.The purpose of this thesis is to study the theoretical knowledge of ippbrm and its actual application in the company a.The study in this thesis has a strong practicality in procurement bidding,of company a in China,so there will be done following the works:1.Through study the theoretical knowledge of projects and project management and international engineering project management,clarify the connotation of ieppbrm.2.To description the ieppbrm's actual application in the company a and to identify project risk management methods used.Because the work breakdown structure(WBS) technology improve the accuracy of the risk identification,so in this thesis WBS technology will be used in project risk identification.Company a's projects are highly uncertain,and project risk management is carried out in the project bidding stage with potential ambiguity risk.The Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process(FAHP) applies to a wide range,commonly used in the main phase of the project,and is a combination of qualitative and quantitative analytical methods,through a long time to verify the theory and practice,FAHP used in project risk management has tended to mature.So in this thesis FAHP will be used in risk assessment.3.Select some actual finished projects typically of company a,after analysis of project profiles,describe the project life cycle,do the project work breakdown with WBS,summed up the characteristics of company a's projects,get the project work breakdown structure model of company a,according to these basic information on company a to carry out ieppbrm's risk identification,completion of the project database of risk factors.4.To run ieppbrm's risk assessment with FAHP,all risk factors compared with the total risk to get the comprehensive weight coefficient,complete a comprehensive ranking of risk factors.5.To description the comprehensive ranking of risk factors,draw up risk management planning to deal with risk.6.To point out the actual significance of the ieppbrm's actual application in the company a.7.To discuss how the results of project risk management will be used in company a's actual work,and summarizes the conclusions of the thesis.
