Jiangsu Xinri E-Vehicle Co.,Ltd.is a medium-sized privately owned company which plans to list,majoring in the development,production and distribution of E-Vehicle as well as the related parts and accessories.Drawing support from strong marketing innovation ability,the volume of production and marketing has ranked the world's first in the trade for four years in succession,which can be rated as "unexpected rival of the trade "and "Xinri phenomenon".With the industry competition becoming fiercer and fiercer,the economic crisis that appeared in 2008 is gradually spreading towards real economy,consequently the industry reshuffle of electric vehicle has already started,forcing a number of enterprises to think and explore as trying to transfer "crisis" to "opportunity".In the new situation,it is required that Xinri on the base of its scale advantage has to promptly analyze,summarize and research its "differentiated marketing mode" when consolidating its own advantages. What's more,Xinri has insisted on continuous marketing innovation according to the new situation,so as to realize a firm and outlast "world's first",which seem particularly important and urgent.It is of great significance to the whole industry to analyze Xinri,an enterprise ranking world's first for four years in succession,The key thought of "differentiated marketing mode" is "to subdivide the market;to make a self location according to the target consumer group;to lead in brand effect;to establish brand image ".On the basis of market subdividing,Xinri positions itself in accordance with the individualized market demand,endues the brand with unique value to establish distinguish brand image through brand positioning and propagating, making differentiation and individuation of the brand as its core competing advantage.In connection with the actual situation of Xinri company limited and the whole electric vehicle industry,documentary research method,case research method, descriptive research method and theory linked with practice method etc.are adopted to research the "differentiated marketing mode" of Xinri with the aim of analyzing domestic marketing modes and that abroad so as to make a reference to the international marketing research experience and to describe the unique "differentiated marketing mode" of Xinri as well as the service-marketing mode which are being established now.Through the investigation,analysis,summary and research of "differentiated marketing mode",Xinri Company limited are deal with the current economic crisis and making improvement on marketing modes,giving reference to the whole industry,leading the whole industry to move towards an orderly,healthy,rational and sustainable developing way.
