Based On The Value Chain To Enhance The Core Competitiveness Of H Company

Mining is the basis of heavy industry,fuel industry,mechanical manufacturing industry etc,even some countries' economic lifeline,the petroleum industry in the Middle East is that case.At present,more than 90 percent of energy,80 percent of industrial raw materials and 70 percent of the agricultural means of production in our national economic construction are from the mining industry.Stable development of mining industry has a vital role in running healthily of national economy.Although China is a country of rich mineral resources,China's identification of 30 kinds of mineral resources reserves in 45 major mineral are of different levels of reduction in 2002. Moreover,China's mineral resources per capita in the world is only 58%according to per capita terms,Ranked 53rd,and is a relatively poor country in the world.Therefore,how to use the limited mineral resources rationally to satisfy the demand for mineral resources of China's economic growth is the important issue put in front of every mining worker.For the mining enterprises,in order to survive and develop well in the market of increasingly scarce mineral resources,they must adapt to the new living environment, realize that the essentiality of competition is talent competition,technology competition, business philosophy,way of thinking and so on multi-faceted competition.Therefore, enterprises must clearly know that the most urgent task is how to improve the company's core competitiveness.This paper is written on the basis of the value chain theory and the enterprise's core competitiveness theory,bringing forward the measures to enhance the core competitiveness of H enterprise through the analysis of H enterprise's actual situation.
