As we all know, the manufacture sector in China’s national economy plays a very important role to solve a large number of social employment, the state created a lot of foreign exchange for the country, regional economic development has made contribution. As China’s market economy, the manufacturing sector employee mobility is growing. To the development of enterprises and regions, Excessive loss of manufacture employee have become increasingly prominent troubled economy. Although a large number of manufacture enterprises to adopt various measures to control employee turnover, but the effect is not ideal.In this paper, along Nanjing JinYuanShun Co.,Ltd. staff for the study, carried out relevant research and survey companies to collect a lot of relevant information, and103valid questionnaires were received. To staff turnover theories and models with reference to the relevant literature, and the integrated use of SPSS statistical analysis software for data processing, analysis and modeling. Through the use of descriptive analysis, factor analysis, analysis of variance, regression analysis and other methods, the influence of the loss of manufacture employees of the individual variables, internal variables and external variables interpretation, and these factors were in-depth analysis and perspective,concludes countermeasures and suggestions.This paper argues that manufacture high staff turnover due to the deep-seated causes two points:First, background characteristics of the individual variables in the intention of staff turnover have a significant effect of gender, education characteristics of two variables, while other variables such as individual background characteristics marriage, age, work experience and job turnover intention of employees had no significant impact.; Second, return on equity in the work, career development, interpersonal relationships, work stress and other work opportunities internal factors and external environmental factors such as tendency associated with employee turnover, which has a significant negative correlation of the individual career development, job fair return and relationships.Therefore, solving manufacturing high staff turnover from four angles, first focus on staff career planning; companies to build a fair and just followed the internal environment; once again improve the corporate welfare system; the last company should establish a good corporate culture.Only through the joint efforts of multi-angle, to create a virtuous cycle, making the industry more employees a sense of belonging, so as to fundamentally solve the problem of manufacturing high staff turnover.
