With the rapid development of the speed of China's economic globalization,information technology has been developing rapidly.Now the information industry has becorme the pillar of many industries in China.The information industry is more dependent on technology than other industries.The technology is in the hands of talented people.This also determines that the development of the information industry must take talent as the core.Therefore,High-tech talent is becoming an important part of social development and economic growth.China's High-tech talent competition is increasingly fierce.At the same time,employee turnover is becoming more and more serious.This paper summarizes the concept and the model of employee turnover,and summarizes the influencing factors of employee turnover intention.Then,this paper introduces MY company,describes the characteristics of software engineers in MY company.This paper analyzes the employee turnover status of software engineers,and found that the employee turnover problem has caused a lot of negative impact in MY company.In order to investigate the reason of employee turnover in MY company,I firstly interviewed 10 employees who had left the company for the purpose of understanding the reasons for leaving the company and the opinion of MY company.I found the departure reason which caused by organizational factors was actually high proportion.Then I did a research about job satisfaction Questionnaire survey for software engineers in MY company.I analyzed the main reasons from personal factors,organizational factors and environmental factors.On the basis of these reasons,this paper puts forward some countermeasures,such as adjusting and diversifying the salary system,improving the performance management,and establishing the multi-channel promotion mechanism and so on.They are useful for improving the job satisfaction of software engineers in MY company and reducing the turnover rate of the software engineers.
