Job-hopping is a common phenomenon in today's society, although it is an individual action,the career development of individuals,their families and businesses as well as the whole community will have been impacted. Therefore, job-hopping has been a hot topic. In this study, attention to this social phenomenon from the start, on the basis of reviewing the relevant domestic and foreign scholars' works,taking the Japanese side holding enterprises in Beijing as the study object, author explore the relationship among in the personal attributes, job satisfaction, corporating sense of belonging to the company and job-hopping intention.In this study, author uses the survey research methods and the non-random sampling method for collecting samples,entrying the data collecte-d by questionnaires and structured interviews in SPSS statistical software for processing and analysis.Author makes use of the related-measures to analysis the influence of each variables of personal property on job-hopping intention,and compares the degree of different variables.The author b-uild scale and index to evaluate the job satisfaction and sense of belonging to the company of the respondents,and analyze the relationship among the both of them and job-hopping intention.After statistics and analysis, the author concludes that:firstly,in the i-nvestigation of 130 Japanese-funded enterprises in Beijing day employees there are 25.4 percent of people who have the intention,in other words, there are a quarter of respondents want to leave the current work unit to other companies. Secondly, personal property of the variables has different influence on job-hopping intention,and the impact of age is strongest,f-ollowed by occupational type and academic qualifications, sex on the job-hopping intention is the weakest.Thirdly, job satisfaction and willingness to switch have a negative correlation, higher job satisfaction, willingness to switch to the weaker.But low job satisfaction may not have switched t-he wishes of people, job satisfaction is only one aspect ofoffoctors.Fourt-hly,corporating sense of belonging to the wishes of a company and willingness to switch have a negative correlation, higher corporating sense,will-ingness to switch to the weaker. The corporating sense of belonging to the wishes of a company has much more influence on job-hopping intention than job satisfaction.Finally, there is relationship among the.The study takes the Japanese side holding enterprises in Beijing as the study object, reflecting a certain degree of innovation,but because of objective conditions,there exists some limitations in the scope of application of the conclusions of the study and selection of variables.The researchers hope to improvethat in future studies.
