With the acceleration of economic globalization,China as a big manufacturing country which is facing more opportunities and challenges.Human resource is the only resource with subjective initiative,which is the resource for the enterprise to realize the capital appreciation.If the enterprise wants to develop for a long time,it must put the training and development of the talents in the first place.As a manufacturing enterprise affiliated to Changchun FAW Volkswagen Group,YQ enterprise is still at a disadvantage in the market competition of the same industry.Due to the short development cycle of YQ enterprise,the geographical position is not superior,and by the constraints of capital,technology,human resources and other factors,eventually led to frequent YQ employee turnover,especially,the turnover rate of general employees has been high.Therefore,it is urgent to explore the influencing factors of turnover intention of general employees in YQ enterprises and reduce the turnover rate of general employees in YQ enterprises.By reviewing the literature at home and abroad,combined with the concept of turnover intention,on the basis of the theory of hierarchy of needs,expectancy theory,equity theory and organizational identification theory,according to the actual situation of YQ enterprise,this paper analyzes the turnover tendency of employees in YQ enterprise by means of questionnaires and then constructs a theoretical model of factors influencing turnover tendency of YQ employees,the related hypotheses of demographic variables,job satisfaction,salary satisfaction,expectation matching,subjective support and job stress on turnover intention were proposed.And using SPSS19.0 software for correlation analysis and regression analysis,verify the influence degree of employee turnover intention in YQ enterprise.Finally,the paper diagnoses the factors influencing the turnover intention of employees YQ enterprises,and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to reduce the turnover intention of employees in YQ enterprises.
