With 90 generation group,s grown, graduation,work and go into society, 90 generation employees has become the main force of employment in our country.However, in October 2012,according the voice of China wide central news reported that 90 generation employees, separation rate is up to 30%. In addition, the Bright future,s research about separation and salary increase in 2015 report shows that the ensemble separation rate of 2014 is 17.4%. The separation rate of grad of 2012, 2013,2014 still lingered in high turnover, separation rate of grad of 2014 is up to 22.4%.High separation rate will have a negative impact on enterprise, sustainable development, more and more scholars and experts pay close attention to 90 generation employees, outstanding dimission problem.This research adopts questionnaire survey, randomly choice 332 employees from enterprises of Yunnan, Anhui, Fujian, Beijing, Jiangsu and other 19 provinces to discusses 90 generation employees, outstanding dimission problem that under situation of China. This study using SPSS18.0 standardized statistical software to manipulation data and analyzed data. After a series of statistical analysis, this study concludes following main junction:(1) The reliability and validity of three research questionnaire is good.(2) Inside work embed and outside work embed can remarkably negative prediction 90 generation employees, separation intention, outside work embed through inside work embed to effect employees, separation intention.(3) 90 generation employees, separation intention have a significant difference in the condition of marriage and child birth, and the quality and scale of enterprise, have not difference in sex, education background and working life.
