With the competition between enterprise,human resource becomes a key to that enterprise require the competition advantages and employee training grows into the strategic requirement of enterprise development with playing importance roles gradually.It makes more and more companies find the importance of employee traning and regard it as a necessary human capital investment. But most of enterprise think only much of traning and ignore the traning evaluation,which leads to bad traning effectiveness.Currently,the majority of enterprises is shortage of perfect traning evaluation process system and the variety of evaluation tools. In order to solve this problem ,based on the reality of the GH company, this article research on the method of the traning evaluntion.In the first part of the paper,the author summarizes the relative traning theories;secondly,the author starts with from general research to existing methods of the traning evaluntion,based on the reality of the GH company, first have summarizes the company's situation of the human resources and the traning ,then by analysing some problem of the GH company in progress to training,use some train relevance theories and a few of the training fundamental models and methods to make out the answers.This article thinks about the questions of the GH company's traning evaluation, should first build a scientific division system of the training functions ? at the same time,combine the dynamic training demand evaluation, build a systematic training evaluation flow system above this foundation. Choose the new training evaluation models,from the employees's reaction , learning , behavior and result to carry out the traning evaluation. The purpose of this job is to make the training evaluation to promote training programs to improve and adjust. We should to get the support of the leaders and introduce the training professionals.We should to train the own training talents of the enterprises at the same time.The author believe if we do better these works,we can make out some methods to solve the problems of traning evaluation of the company,and helps the company's training work consummation to achieve the strategic target and staffs self-development need finally. This article will certain have reference to the traning evaluntion practicle and theory research of the enterprise traning evaluntion.
