Market competition ultimately is competition of human resources. Nowadays, more and more enterprises realized the importance of knowledge management. Training is not only"welfare"to the staff of a company, but also the key to maintain a company's capability of market competition. As the main work of human resource development, staff training is an important way for the development of the modern company. The staff training in China comes into being a normative system. But there still many questions in the real work. There is not an effective evaluation of training effects, which makes training formality. This kind of training can't enhance the stuff of the employee, which can't achieve the purpose of the economic efficiency of the company.Since setting up, Fujian Pioneering Park Construction and Development Company has established the training management system that has self enterprise characteristic and profession feature. As in last few years the fast development of enterprise, the establishment of training management system for corporate culture and the talent training of enterprise plays the part of greatly promote role. However, along with the acceleration of Pioneering Park Construction and Development Company's internationalization process, its training management work already can not satisfy the needs of enterprise talent training. This paper has studied that Pioneering Park Construction and Development Company is international to build company's present training management condition, and find the existent problem in training management.
