| Electronic components not only determine the performance of electric equipments, but also play a critical role in economy, politics and national defense. An efficient electronic component supply chain can exactly provide customers with high quality electric equipments on time.Based on Z ,this paper tries to research problems concerned with pliability and uncertainty of the supply chain.The thriving economic and technological development and the inherent complexity of Z lead to many complexities in itself,including uncertainties of customer needs and uncertainties engendered by satisfying customers` needs. At the present time, we still lack effective measures and methods to cope with these uncertainties due to historical and objective causes, thus the whole supply chain tends to be tired to deal with and can barely satisfy customers needs.Since pliability can tackle with the uncertain varieties of the environment, how to boost the pliability of the supply chain so as to deal with the uncertainties of each elements of the supply chain has become a focus in the research of Z supply chain. This paper first theoretically studies some related concepts such as supply chain pliability, generalization, pliability protocol,then it heads on to analyze and study the uncertainties problems in the supply chain of electronic component, proffer corresponding resolutions. From the aspect of generalization and pliability protocol, it brings forward some methods that can be improved, in order that the pliability of the supply chain can be enhanced and the performance of the whole supply chain can be upgraded. |
